So, the first thing to be done to save our Finance systems as late as 2009, should be: To find those 100 trillions in all books of Banks, Insurance, Hedge Funds, Investment Funds, Old age insurances etc. - and to correct the values - being most probably around zero.
This achievement is almost impossible since the nations were all over-indebted and quasi-bankrupt, already before that disaster happened, before even they would start this rescue program. But still, if those non-valeurs could be re-stated in all accounting systems and Annual Statements of companies of the world, we would only find ourselves to be BEFORE Wall Street Crash.

However, to get there where the world was in the year 1975, the absolutely lost values in securities, shares and obligations, mortgages, treasury bonds and other illusions like ABS, CDO and CDS, must disappear, and orderly functioning banks, industry, services, fair tax systems and normal populations without Craze in their brains, should be re-installed somehow on level 1975, what is a pure Utopia.

Therefore, not only the number of folks should be reversed on the one valid in the year 1975, but all mechanics of ecology, economy, air and water quality and infrastructure and number of cars and planes and all the matter with atom works and other shit, should be driven back on that level. Same goes of destructed resources, energy stuffs, oil, gas and all the destroyed rest since 1975.
Well, this is a complete illusion, and therefore, the downfall in the capitalistic trap and the social systems of present times being a dream not fulfilled and by now become a program of Utopia, will lead to situations where in no land on Earth, corrective measures can be taken to come back on the "Point of no return" in the year 1975.
