30 Years had to go over the Globe, before this perpetrator's world went out for the killers in Cambodia and the terrifying torturers of Phnom Penh.
The same picture as in Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Guatemala, Congo and Vatican: The perpetrators are always, in the eyes of 99 percent of humans, to be treated nicely, the ones who, as survivals of the massacres, get no tribunals at all or one where the question to be "legal and just" is always of much higher importance than the fate of the dead youth and intellectuals, the tortured victims.
They were killed in atrocious ways by millions, tortured to death, bound on metal beds, waterboarded until fainting or death, excrements in their mouth, finger and foot nails torn out, sex cut in pieces, cigarettes burning out eyes and electro shocks over weeks and months - and not one human on Earth wants to identify himself with this martyrdom of his own friends and children.
This is the very reason, why wars, torture, tumbling stock exchanges are going on and on, until by the end of the 21st century, Humanity will have vanished from this lost and rotten planet.
And then asking to write about "Hybrid State bonds going down in last quarter by 13,9853 percent, in the area of Liverpool" instead of asking to be explained how it comes, that Wall Street tumbled in pieces, the gigantic volume of worldwide trash not being explained by Obama, the new "Yes we can" God, when God himself grumbled in deep throat tones: "The hell, this Pinochet and Ratzinger World has nothing to do with any Gods, some perpetrators of your inhuman globe invented. It was the choice of Homo non-sapiens, wanting know nothing about real reasons and effects for State Crimes since Adam and Eve ate from the apple tree."
But now, let's advance to more serious matters:

Why do Americans, south of Canada and north of Pinochet Chile, think it would be very clever and good politics - and without any effects, if they torture without any good reasons some thousands of people and kill without clear grounds hundred of thousands of folks in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan?
Why are these blinded Mice so stupid to believe that a young chap or a father or mother of a family would forget for all times, when he or she was tortured - or else many family members horribly killed in a "just" war for influence, such as OIL, why organizing some civil wars of cleaning up with socialists, in all areas on this Globe? Why do the brainy Dynamite brains around hypocrite and incredibly stupid Kennedy-Americans not foresee consequences, after some Vietnams, organized in the name of capitalism and Friedman-Popper, under control of Kissinger and McNamara, being under the spell of several U.S. Presidents?
Remember for all times the crimes committed in Chile, in Argentina and all the rest of dirty interferences in the back-yard of USA? Remember how Clinton-Americans continued the play just like Obama will do? Remember the worst of them all, the Bush-Americans in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Lebanon and some other nice places all around the world - killing and torturing just for Sun, Fun and Nothing to do - again also in the name of Greenspan, FED, IMF and WorldBank?
Some U.S. Americans did never ask the question: "How 9/11 could happen?" The Bush doctrine was until January 20, 2009 and well before: Some crazy gone chaps of Islam faith took some Western civilized Airplanes and out of inexplicable hate, they came from the star of Sirius, drove into WTC, Pentagon and wanted to break down the White House and the Capitol. Great! Magnificent! This is the way, CIA develop their world conscience, the most "intelligent" folks after Wall Street investors, guys never learning history and able to understand the long chains of origins and effects in other lands, outside the Kitchen Cabinets of Kennedy, Nixon, Reagan, Clinton Bill and Hillary, Bush I and GW the Terrible Bush II and Barack the Great "Yes, we can".
We don't need as a LEAD of world a stupid capitalistic regime, which has driven humanity in a Crash of Finances and from there into a Clash of economics and civilisation. We don't need "Yes, we can" bluffers, shouting to blinded folks who know NOTHING about the mechanics outside America. These types of higher Chicago Boys intelligence don't even know anything about Inside America.
Let's see what a torturing world did and still does in any rotten corner on this dying BUBBLE, founded on rotten philosophies without nice chains of origins and effects:
- Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala, Nicaragua etc.
They were very intelligent, these folks: They did NOT torture over 5 minutes, but over weeks, in their cellars of Mechanic Schools, in the name of U.S. Congress, Kissinger, Wall Street, FED, Pinochet, Videla, Stroessner and some other ancient Batista Cuban dictators. And by the end, the victims, young students, editors, teachers, meant to be social slum idiots, were no longer able to go home, like in Abu Ghraib or Guantanamo or some other secret torture cellars in New Europe, Egypt, Israel, Afghanistan, Pakistan or the Old Soviet Belt south of Russia and some other nicest tax paradises for world's richest VIP Junk, taking profit from U.S. Shock Doctrines.
No, this adepts of U.S. Universities were much wiser than Germans passing their time in South America, after having been transported their with help of Vatican, they knew: Don't let them get away with their communist spirit, this young intelligentsia, let them by torture be dead as dead can be - and if parents, they were just as dead and thrown in the Atlantic, or buried in some Junk Heap outside his Capital City in South and Central Rough America - and their Babies were in best hands of new Parents, some officers of Chile, Argentina, other lands under U.S. McCarthy CIA spell.
Listen folks of no mercy: If ever you want apply torture, do it like Mugabe or other African black-skin Trash. Do it right to the end: Hack them away legs and arms and violate women to death - and nothing can ever happen to you or your friends, Downtown America. Got it? What Hitler Germans did right in view of economics, not right with WW II, they did even worse on Jews, in torture camps all around Auschwitz, Buchenwald and many other nice places - NAZIS really wanted "ausrotten diese verdammten Juden". They came up to 6 millions of Jews, not counting some other minorities of hate, as viewed by German Dynamite Prize Holders, helping later to build atomic power in USA and Russia.
I must say, Pinochet and Videla and other U.S. friendly torturers in 20 other countries, were better than Germans, of which many went to these American Lands, letting their victims go to Israel - and Israel does not touch German frontiers, no, Israel lies at the edge of Middle East, near Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Iran and some other nice Arab and Islam countries. This was ERROR, dear Friends - one of the greatest political crimes ever seen.
I have to make here very clear that any torturing or killing of Jews, Arabs, South Americans or Asians is a terrible crime. Who makes distinctions, is criminal himself. I am not wondering if the perpetrators are German, Chilean, Chinese or Russians, and the victims are Americans, Jews, Iraqis, Vietnamese or folks out of Chechnya or Tibet or Indonesia, south of Philippines or north of Ceylon or - under Japanese and English colonial spell - some Chinese or African folks, and under Spanish, Portuguese or Catholic sole and only God doctrine, Vatican City spell, as perpetrators of burning women, we all saw, when reading nicest history books and not watching Murdoch TV and Press, some victims, such as original Red Indians, real untouchable Indians, in South and Central America blood-thirsty and gold-hosting Mayas (predecessors of Wall Street), Mexican Incas, Peru and Bolivia and Costa Rica native Folks, African black and brown Negroes, later dead on ships or farms as Slaves in Virginia, Caucasian Asians or other Aborigines all around a rotten reality, I can't stand anymore - a place we called "Paradise EARTH".
Historian always only served humanity, in order to embellish, in philosophy, arts and literature, reality to the max, producing well feelings, just as do today Hollywood and Bollywood - and the White House near Washington under "Yes, we change Barack".

You cannot torture and kill humans, animals and nature without any effects. You cannot throw bombs on Wedding Tribes in Afghanistan, or on not-Vatican protected religions, with Churches like those in Iraq, Lebanon or Palestine. You cannot kill and torture in slums in Nicaragua, or have standing all your criminals of generals and soldiers in any foreign country and enter in association with some right-wing leaders of no mercy, to wipe out all social and Marxist thinking victims in Chile, Argentine, Brazil, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Russia, China or any African nations - without leaving some funny sorts of inconvenient effects.
