What is Hollywood? Is this dreamland factory more than just a blast for people not thinking twice?
When we think of Bollywood Studios in Mumbai, the case is much clearer: The purpose seems to be some question of throwing sand in the brains of poor folks, having a longing for a brighter future - in India and other poor countries.
Have you recently studied the sceneries of Cannes in France? There is no doubt: World-intellect risks going down on lowest possible scale, more and more, when we look at the topics of films and their Stars.
Hollywood is worse than Bollywood - Hollywood is a terrible Fata-Morgana, throwing sand in the brains of most people on this globe, wanting to understand the real mechanics, standing behind a Dreamland World - because Fantasy and Reality do not work well together. Fantasy, wrong maxims of living in peace with a fairy-tale world, makes any person, any politician, any scientist, any democratic thinking human blind for the real dangers on this planet, of living in a uncontrolled chaos in end of times, result of false philosophical theories, where the limits of humans doings should be set.
Hollywood is pure science-fiction, even when wanting to demonstrate family life, U.S. politics, adventures in nature and banks, bluff of high intellect talking, prepared by screenplay writers, in an effort of hundreds of hours, only for a few 90 minutes of film and 20 minutes of Small Talk.
World should, to the benefit of normal thinking minds, eliminate Hollywood and other Dream-factories, because they make folks being dull - all of us, without getting the point? Is it true that such kind of media will kill any sense for reality on our Globe? We are no longer living. We are playing games in artificial ways, the whole day long, and youth much more than reasonable persons of high age.
CANNES experts recently said: Since Pulp Fiction, life situation of most humans has become worse in the world - and it is true: Since Tarantino's idiocy of useless and bloody crimes and killing, the human race got accustomed to the most idiotic life of humans and adopted more and more the principles of an artificial world of terror and crimes, just as well stupid political correctness and low mind games, put forward by directors who no almost nothing of the real mechanics in economy, ecology, politics, culture and all the other 1000 of facets, being reality and allowing us to understand real existence.
Just face it: Torture, war, killing and water-boarding of innocents by GW Bush and his followers, all the mindless idiocies of not understanding facts, is not a program of survival of the fittest or crazy fighting against total collapse of world. The Crash in economy is accompanied by a crash in mind, ecology, philosophical reasoning and worse. Just say - Guantanomo and Iraq and Wall Street greed of Hedge funds, was an error, never to be cured and trial to make disappear the true facts that are still here today.
What I want to say with regard to our Fun-Culture: Theatre, cinema, literature, arts and philosophy and at most Hollywood, have come to an intellectual end. Human mankind of modern times have proven to be of little value, low spirits, almost no ethics - we create programs for dull folks, wanting to get a little of amusement - when the rest of living conditions proves to be less funny, more and more, all the time to come.
How should Hollywood get on to break the linear laws of senselessness growing, when lowering intellect of common folks? Well, we better forget it! From zero in spirit there are not many ways in higher fields of philosophical understanding of a fake called "World", during present total breakdown of economy, politics, culture, ecology and more - in front of the blinded eyes ----
I take a guess: Hollywood is soon dead as dead can be.
Finally, by the end of the day, we shall know that never any film out of Hollywood reflected anything real about this world. That industry was a fake from the start - all was fantasy - all was Murdoch, all was Berlusconi-minded scrap of higher idiocy. All was designed as a factory to lead our fantasies away from daily life, allowing normal needs and a look on Earth, as if coming from a distant star. Impossible to see the planet as it truly is - and in this way, our media system is killing any spirit in recognition of reality. Mediocre minds were allowed to get hold of average people's minds - and they succeeded. Such a program of low intellect risked to kill finally any reasonable thought in any bright brain - throughout the globe.
You could easily pretend that in CANNES, humans had a right to prove, in the year 2009, that Hollywood and the whole film industry was all the more good for something unknown, in this world.
Error! Error! There cannot be "value" given from pictures, from theatre or opera, from literature, from songs, from culture, from arts, when the basics are mediocre and wrong.
You want to know what is going in this World? Go and look out for the next nice speech of a famous politician and philosopher - and you will perhaps get what I meant: Only when forgetting about all the lies and errors of an establishment - conducted by low media makers, you will get it, the true value of all films since 1920. Chaplin and Kurosawa and Fellini and some other chaps had some splendid ideas about good pictures, on a level, letting the 20th Century - and so a prediction about the 21st Century - be reflected correctly - and not as a broken mirror of useless fantasies.
Hollywood of these days, without thinking twice - will go down the drain soon and for ever.
Boulevard-level of not reflecting our world, won't help - even less other Murdoch media of average intelligence for average folks. Perhaps, we should start to forget one of principles never taken for serious: Humans did never try, in reality, creating "higher values of intellect".
But average intellect served to bring illusions of humanity into all cinemas, since Hollywood was born.
Should we wish that we could have got more understanding of mechanics and of spiritual truth in the past? Well, try to get reborn in 300 years of time from now - and by that time, perhaps, perhaps, humans will have understood that fantasy cannot be put over higher ideals of thinking, when a planet risks falling into a state of a chaos, missing any reasonable reaction by humans.
