Humanity had Wars and Torture since Adam and Eve to the year 2010. It was the free will of all politicians, parliaments, Chiefs of State, Philosophers, Popes and Priests of all religions. This was the basis of democracy, human rights and justice.
What? We still have wars and torture? Okay - Idiot, it's your fault.
You have chosen your own butchers.
And you really don't want me to get rid of bankers, Popes, priests, Chiefs of States - and by the end get rid of Wars and Torture and Terrorism and criminality - for ALL times.
For sure, such a thing cannot be done, but in principle it could be planned, easily:
And here is the procedure:
1. Folks of the Earth globalize for good and give full power to a 'Council of Wisdom' under my charge, having absolute power in all nations of the Globe.
2. The breakdown and economics and the final days of ecology gone completely out of balance, cannot be reversed - but wars, torture, terrorism, banking, religious wars, burning witches etc. can be stopped within one month, and maintained until the end of 2100, when humans will have disappeared from the face of the Earth by own will and stupidity.
3. Learn first that no Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Putin, JFK, Bush and Obama, not even Cesar or Napoleon or Chingis Khan did ever torture by themselves. Hitler needed anti-Jewish Eichmanns or Mengeles and Pol Pot some Kaing Guek Eav alias "Duch" for torture, U.S. Presidents their Pinochet and Videla, and the American and African monsters their generals and sadists. And the best of them all, the demo-crazy U.S. Governments looked out for some power-drunken Republicans in Vietnam and some Israelis in Arabia and some monstrous South American Dictators against Socialists.
4. In other words: Not Pinochet or Videla or Reagan or Thatcher or Kissinger or McNamara or Rove or Pol Pot and some other 10000 crooks in power of no mercy did torture - it was made by inferior idiots in their name - bureaucrats of the worst kind of Chicago School in Mechanic cellars near Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib.
5. How it could go on: The Council of Wisdom lets arrest the first idiot who tortures or makes war or appears as terrorist. He is tortured to death, publicly. Any Obama or Putin or Bin Laden can be arrested within one Week, if I am in charge - no chances to hide. And the promise: Whoever is next in committing a crime, will be tortured to death over the next week, exactly as seen on world-screens before. Instead of killing 6 millions like under Hitler, or millions like under Stalin, Mao or U.S. presidents, very few miserable humans of no value would have to be sacrificed.
6. Once, several idiots being tortured to death over one full week, some torturing shown live on all TV-Stations of the world, one-to-one, the globe will become decent and quiet. - No other Pope, Chief of State, rich Wall Street Junk or else would dare anymore, committing one further crime, or following up wars or torturing innocents or blowing up by terror - or the procedure would be re-started.
Now, unfortunately, there are all these idiots and good-humans, like Sartre and Camus and Habermas and Fukuyama and other intellectual junk, saying that the killing of killers, the torturing or torturers, the terrorizing of terrorists would be inhuman and requiring an absolute useless Human-rights Tribunal.
Result: This view of reality would be the end for trials to stop with Wars, torture, Wall Street crimes, helping Palestine and Chechnya and the poor 99 percent of fools, having brought to power all rotten Elites in function - as the elected butchers of the majorities, living in misery on a finalized Planet.

The highest crimes were anyway committed with the destruction of the Earth in the ECOLOGIC FIELD. How to punish here the criminals and perpetrators is without interest, since about ALL in the West and always more in China and India can be made responsible, future children will not have the slightest chance of survival with Climate and Weather gone for ever out of balance and out any control.
Naturally, the square-heads out of USA should get their sentence, but is it really of interest, if THIS humanity gets another life in future? Who thinks nihilism, does not get the point. Being Camus or Habermas and having accepted in the name of "Good-Humanism" the pragmatic STATUS QUO the fine battlefields of Bush and Blair and Merkel and all other fine brains, was perhaps the greatest criminal act of all times---
-"Banality of the Evil"? - as Hannah Arendt proclaimed by this theory an easy excuse and outgoing path, just as fools of genetics and brains science - path out of responsibility in torturing, killing millions in stupid wars in favour of deadly systems, or for burning alive innocent women as witches of for no-crimes being stoned by Sharia in the name of Machos in all Religions?
Forget it: In this case you should name as banal Elite of Evil: JFK and Kissinger (Vietnam, Argentina and Chile), Putin (Chechnya), Tenno of Japan (Human experiments in China and start WW II in Pearl Harbour), all English and Spanish for crimes in colonial lands, all Germans having elected Hitler or Sharon, all Popes of Rome and other places for crimes in the Name of their Gods - and above all, the Sceptics destroying our Climate, all scientists having pushed forward the self-destruction of humans in the 20th and 21st Century - and many others: Yes, we can - we can't torture to death them all.
Therefore, the plan outlined above could function - but unfortunately, the plan comes too late by 200 years. The explosion of population, of wars and torture, of self-made terrorism, of techniques, of cash, of idiocies, of debts, of crimes by Chiefs of States and their Parliaments are so huge, that any cosmetics to hide the true developments, in the past, in the present and for the future, would be another criminal act - and for sure the highest one in history.
