Criminality is exploding in
There was never any Criminality on this Globe without very good reasons. But the politicians, the great numbers in economy and even scientists are not willing, to open their minds and eyes on a scenario, that risks going over in free fall, even accelerating in future.
There is an overall principle with criminality in this world:
Elite
The Elite in politics, economy, ecology and finances are free to commit the greatest crimes in history with systems, nations, banks or else, because the Elite is not decent and has no feeling for justice. Their principle is maintaining their power, making war, asking for torture, letting explode bubbles and paying no taxes, all under protection of their governments, they represent themselves. In general, their systems of justice take care that people from the Elite hardly get punished for starting wars, for speculation greed, planning collapses, letting savings and funds disappear in trillion amounts. They would not see any judge under normal terms and never see a prison from the inside or a death penalty, in line with the real extent of their criminal acts.
Middle class and poor folks
It is a fact that most people from middle class and the poor are decent by nature. They do not commit criminal acts without good reasons. They are born to do their jobs, organize a family and going in war and do, what the Elite tell them to do. But they are bound to react on misery, injustice, poverty, unemployment, on little or no chances, the scandal of the big luxury and richness of the few - and above all, systems always working against them, just result in most of the time in minor crimes. They steal, yes, but a little, and even when they murder, they just do it a little, one by one. And they always see prisons from the inside for any such deeds - and all media would present their crimes as the real ones - whereas the gigantic crimes of the Elite are hardly understood by the incredibly stupid editors of World Media.
Now, let's come to the background of what's going on with matters of Criminality and Slum life - and try to widen your horizon:

To say: Bankers, investors, scientists of technology, politicians, shareholders and oligarchs. The main arguments for a dead Planet are: Growth and greed, to build up greatest conglomerates too big to fail, immense mining, oiling and gazing criminality for privileged VIPs with white collars - and some other big matters, like building huge walls in rivers and other Gigantomania for western and Chinese shareholders.
Politicians are financed by the richest few percents of privileged persons, those who possess the private power over industry, farming, services, banking and financing wars. all paid by normal middle class tax payers. Simple people only gain influence, if they make riots, revolution, demonstrations, strikes and other nice things endangering some governments and their elites. As soon as the danger has calmed down, politicians go back to normal order of life - again to the detriment of those who have no power at all - and this will go over generations.
D. Crimes - Hypocrisy over poverty, mass population, education, security and police
In newest times, governing great States, banks, conglomerates, has become an impossible thing. All the more because State income is reduced in huge figures by interest charges on debts going up to one third of State budgets, just as well as immense expenses for armies, for security, for police, for damages in rotten infrastructure, based on human made natural and other catastrophes - all a result of gigantic idiocy of those who are meant to govern societies in the interest of rich, middle class and poor people.
The real and false Dimes financing all this is - Hypocrisy of Chiefs of State, parties, parliaments, Senators, bankers and those who are interested to keep up their power over the rest of average folks.
And very, very important: Against the deadly wave of explosions of mass population, first in China, India, Africa and later on in South America, when at the same time a terrifying ecologic wave of destruction comes nearer and nearer, is even for "gold and diamond mine" South Africa a problem - no longer to be resolved any more.
It is very funny that we have a TABOO on the subject of population explosion, when at the same time, this is the main reason for future poverty and always more criminality in all State of the world.
Accompanied by wars and torture regimes, this way of developing our planet will prove to have been a deadly option for all of the now 7 billion of square heads, soon being 10 billions, with some 100 mega-slums more on Earth getting out of any governmental control very soon.
E. What should have been done against poverty and unemployment to lower criminality?
Well, read the above lines 10 times - and you will know.
From the start, the keeping alive our planet and its resources and nature and animals, should have had the highest priority of all necessities on this Globe.
The contrary became a program:
Humans could be produced in sheer masses, the mass consumerism was found and became a religion in the growth-ideology of neo-conservative liberalism of Chicago Boys, a philosophy spread from Washington and New York all over a planet, letting lose more and more all chances for better solutions, when exploding mass laws generate highest poverty and unemployment, with always more criminality - and not only with negroes in South Africa and slums. The bankers and the elites have out-passed those controllable crimes in recent times by the factor of ten.
The lesson could have been taken up by idiotic WEF, IMF, Worldbank, G-20 and other useless NGOs long time ago.
A am happy the lessons were not found, because a humanity consisting of world wars, State torture regimes in all States financing corruption, letting lose all common fortunes for future generations in a policy of making debts like hell, in favour of the richest and most powerful elite
--- how could you expect anything else but the disappearance of this humanity, going down the drain now in ecology, economy, culture and politics? Would you really have expected a better program, given by those who saw only their own interests?
