GAIA - James Lovelock - and fundamental Errors
Very astonishing: I never heard about James Lovelock until recently, when radio brought a portrait of this chap.
But: Since youth I was sure, alone by myself, that the planet Earth would be the major system of ecology and biology for humans - when humans and animals would only be rather unimportant actors, just part of the game, as long as they do not destroy their platform of living...
Already in my very first work "ORAKEL 1995" I wrote: "Human philosophers take Humans for God - and the Planet Earth for the last Junk."
On this basis, I wrote all my other books, relating also to other relevant areas of high-brainy humans, with titles like "Democrazy = Dictatorship of dull majorities" or, on a wider field of existence: "Power x Stupidity = Self destruction".
Naturally, all this had much to do with James Lovelock but today, and in fact also in my texts, I heavily disagreed with him, although I am very sorry today, about the difficulties he experienced when developing his very important theory of GAIA.
Where James Lovelock is right in general
Yes, he is right when talking of the EARTH being a living body, of a living system. Our planet by itself being of top importance, whereas all the rest is only some biologic part of it. And most of biologic part would be: Homo non-sapiens, this species believing in being knowledgeable and wise - when in fact it destructed the planet fundamentally since 1900.
And he is right in saying that theories not taking into account such basic laws of existence would fail and we would not understand what humans do, especially with regard to the destruction of the biosphere.
I think many of his other thoughts are correct and very valuable. - He will end as one of the most important scientists of all times.
But James Lovelock has no idea of "Reality"
This is a hard turn, but true. When James Lovelock pretends that all what humans did since 1900 to 2009, is not very dangerous, can be corrected easily, saying we had plenty of time to do the "right things" - well, I begin to doubt about his intellect.
But it comes worse: He is pragmatist to the max and accepts in fact all philosophies, religions and theories of economy of the past. He loves Humans like hell, thinks that humans are the best that could have happened to his planet GAIA.
He has no idea that capitalism, greed and growth, technology and mass-laws have destructed the planet and the future of human mankind - long time ago.
The billions of tons of poison given in our Geo-Sphere have started to develop its irrecoverable effects - and the price we will have to pay, until the year 2100, due to self-destruction, will be tremendous.
Further, James understood nothing of the laws of economy when Wall Street tumbled to hell, as I have written in my oeuvre since 1975 in all details. He did not understand that seven and more billion of exploding idiots cannot survive on his "GAIA".
There are other sectors of human live, this man cannot bring in relation to his picture of a real world - and he seems to be very proud of his short-thinkings, called by error some "Freedom of thoughts".
Conclusion
It is quite clear that James Lovelock will have his place in the temple of history.
But it is also quite clear that he made Hope to humans about their criminal behaviour, when he should have stated, how we have come to limits of growth, greed, capitalism, technology and destroying water, climate, weather, air, resources and deadly limits for future life of all generations to come - long time ago.
Not with quadrillions of Dollars this crime of the masses and its VIP can ever again be corrected or cured.
And James Lovelock was just one Criminal more - in this rotten reality of a dying Planet.
