Later in time, there was no need for bank notes anymore. Some figures on a bank account, outing in your COMPUTER, would do and the ILLUSION would have become perfect, the illusion of wealth. And the higher the mass of ELECTRONIC MONEY would become, the higher the figures became too - one thousand, one million, one billion, one trillion, one quadrillion --- no problem. And thus, U.S. CAPITALISM of the highest Kind of stupidity and pragmatism was born.
Not all SCIENTISTS were happy with that odd ECONOMIC SYSTEM:
KARL MARX, for example, said that CASH should be spread on all folks, if those possible folks are workers and employees. He did not see that some COMMUNISTS at the head of the Party would get more equal than others - able to drive 5 Mercedes, however not more, not like Buffett, Soros or Bill Gates able to buy one million of cars. You can see: This was a real fine idea, however, Friedman, Popper, the Pope and Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher disagreed and wanted more, after Keynes.
But first now came JOHN MAYNARD KEYNES and his Anglo-sexist PRAGMATISTS and they told us: When stock exchanges tumble and all people are indebted like hell, shout out loud for "The State" (being yourself), this symbol of the powerful for cheating low-income tax payers, and let him even further get into indebtedness, charging to heaven all future generations. Then let spend Nations (your children) for infrastructure, atom stations, Armies and nice Wars, and cheap airports and planet-poisoning car factories etc., just like Hitler did, and all will be fine again.
It worked well, after 1929, because some ROOSEVELT - for reasons no human can tell - did for some times, by coincidence and not based on Keynes philosophy, the right thing, which seemed to work until about 1970, when Friedman popped up and said: "Keynes no longer generates enough cash in this social economy, we should have markets for greedy bankers and investors. It is a shame, how low in value shares of companies are, and how little profitableness on Bankers equity, not reaching 50 percent of profits, in favour of little-brain University geniuses. Let them have huge Bonuses."
And thus, good old MILTON FRIEDMAN and KARL POPPER came out of the BUSH and were nominated by Stockholm our new HEROES and this couple let tell crazy CHICAGO BOYS - in Africa, Russia and China: "Let these Nations go down to hell, deregulate, privatise and globalise money market to the max, kill infrastructure in Africa, Chile, Argentina, Russia, India, China, Mongolia, Togo, Congo, Haiti - in short drive towards bankruptcy all poor States with helping hands of IMF and WorldBank, accompanied by applause of Wall Street hedge, eager DWARFS like WEF in Davos, some other Alibi-NGOS, with their crazy ideals: "Get as much as possible of profits on shareholder values, highest interests on loans charged if ever possible to the poorest nations, and then the richest skunks of this world will become billionaires, produce trickle down illusions - and as a result, the rest of blinded folks shall go down to hell" --- and thus it happened.
Today, the fairy tale goes that a thing, existing about for 30 years, called "Middle Class", got plenty of advantages in the past from a TRICKLE-DOWN effect coming from the super richest SKUNKS, but this was only for shine, to prepare the final disastrous BUBBLE, we can experience today. But this was just another Fairy-Tale.

And in FOREIGN CULTURE and affairs, we had also some wise guys who believed in MARX, KEYNES or FRIEDMAN, whatever for their situation suited best: Sachs, Paulson, Wolfowitz, Huntington, Fukuyama, Levy, Glucksman, Sartre, Derrida, Chomsky, Merry Lynch, Goldman Sex, Morgan low Standards, Liarmen Brothers, Moodys, NYT, Wash Post, FOX, Murdoch, generating STANDARDS of low IQ for POOR'S, living with simplified theories very well, before the ultimate CRASH.
Under these conditions, it is important to tell you what happens when 99 percent of rich people out of Rosenheim, in USA and Europe, believe in zero-value Casino-Capitalism: First the rich traders of normal goods traffic find it marvellous to have huge wealth. Then the industrials with their factories with lowest salaries for workers, without protecting Trade Unions, and CEO and Bankers with maximized bonuses by trillions, all of them planning some Planet killing devices, such as Cars, Planes, mass-tourism over all continents, river "corrections", atom stations leaving one million years radiation, long-distance missiles, more of effective weapons, nice torture instruments.
And so we had them: Deutsche Autobahnen, French Milers, English Rolls Royce, Russians oligarchic oil and gas and Chinese Cheap products for people greedy for consumerism, artificially made so by their U.S. congresses, SEC protecting investment bankers, FED governed mortgage banks, credit card Abzockers, re-insurance craze without coverage, Wall Street trash, housing business for people made poor by greedy capitalists - and other anti-Marxists, accompanied through small brains but huge HEDGE FUNDS, life at his best, with cheapest materials from Wal Marts, with healthy fat making food from McDonald's - buyable all over our mad-going and tumbling Globe.
YES, WE CAN! - Let TRICKLE-DOWN billions from rich scrap to poor folks
When everybody believed in the trickle down effect, you could be sure, the ending hour of Marx, Milton and Greenspan had come - and good old Keynes was meant to start with his superficial wisdom all over again.
Unfortunately, the people realized very late that totally indebted Nations in a totally indebted world, with total indebted folks, cannot really spend trillions to make systems work, because it will trickle-down on our deadly industries, banks, market craze, housing fantasies, messing around with cheap Chinese scrap, when still living in rotten infrastructures with always poorer getting peasants, but having as freedom tower some Taliban arranging USA, creating as a result some 9/11, followed by Bush fires in Iraq and Afghanistan, some crooks getting rich with weapon-care for poor Israel kicking in the asses of Arabs, further financing the greatest Army of all times, costing trillions alone, even without useless wars, and some rotten Abzockers in U.S. government, in banking, auditing, at Wall Street and other Las Vegas Casinos.
Then CEOs arrange tumbling companies, NGOs also taking profits by fake of alibi-functions - and other CASH organisations, not weighed in gold coins but in E-BANKING - they all try at G-20 MEETINGS of rotten politicians to ignore that such a system can never be cured with the idiotic ideals of KEYNES or MARX or OBAMA, when the end-phase of leveraged idiocies by trillions went out of any human controls.
But help can now be expected - just around the next Corner - because:

In this terrible situation of a world FINANCE CRASH, followed by a world economy crash, followed by a Marx-Friedman crash, in all nations on this planet, a nice, young, Berlusconi-tanned HERO showed up and spoke in severe tones: "We need CHANGE. Yes - we can! I personally can - I was never able to assume that this rotten system of CASH and WALL STREET could tumble to hell, before it happened, similar to Ronald, GW Bush, Greenspan, all governments and scientists and Dynamite Prize holders and novel writers. But as criminal bankers say: Nobody ever could have foreseen the most evident to come disaster of finance in history ---- but now I, Barack, am here to resolve all your problems ---- Yes, it will be difficult, but yes, we can."
And his low IQ folks made him President of universal LAND of God's own CASH and CREDIT CARDS. And Americans and Europeans, and Africans, and Chileans, and Guatemala folks, and Cubans, and Russians and Chinese etc., they all were SO happy, clapped hands and cheered a whole night long. Naturally, nobody waited until precedent major skunk GW Bush would have left his god-damned oval WHITE HOUSE, because the disaster went on so fast, devouring billions every day and night, that we needed rapid ACTIONS, and so Obama, the genius, was talking severely with all Masters of the Universe, about rotten THEOREMS of Keynes, Friedman, Marx, Plato, Sartre, Derrida, Kissinger, Bill Gates, Soros, Buffett, Volcker, Schwab, Sarkozy, Putin, Hu and Wen, Sarkozy, Berlusconi and other experts in economics - and made his wise U.S. hegemonial decisions, in favour of inconvenient truth folks and to the charge and foreseeable detriment of the poor REST on Earth.
Actions such as: Signing the KYOTO Protocol, in order to stop the crash of ecology that in fact cannot be stopped any longer, not even with quadrillions of Dollars, holding speeches in front of UNO, IMF, WEF, and other no-impact organisations of NGOs, who already in the past were responsible for the MESS we are, today, living in. The new genius was visiting hundreds of congresses of ignorant scientists, was organising G-1 to G-200 Meetings, he met the POPE in Rome and other Craze in other places, and was pleased to be talking nonsense from the morning to the evening, agreeing on controls of a rotten banking system that could no longer be cured in any ways. Then helping some cheap Airlines and cheap GM, FORD and BMW, Toyota, Fiat etc. to survive, try to get help from down-falling China and India when they discover that their wealth cannot be eaten and anyhow is invested in worthless U.S. treasury bonds, Funny Mae papers and Hedge Funds - very wise financing schemes coming from PAST GLORY - in short, Obama was chatting a lot, travelled around like hell with Airforce Number ONE, held speeches so low in quality, Delavy must vomit, on level of usual editors in MEDIA, when they present us their hourly Junk-Comments, well knowing we will not understand one single sentence of that criminal wisdom of nothing ---
AND NOTHING GOOD WILL HAPPEN TOO - IN PERIODS TO COME

YES, WE CAN! - Believe in a mean democratic and free market reality

My judgement: None of them was ethical or good. The only possible way of keeping the GLOBE, our basis of living, intact, would have consisted in having commonsense and justice, as highest principle for all humans, animals and our nature. I don't know how this lost Meaney World will end up, when all idiotic writers just announce in their Newspapers, Internet and TV: "Nobody could have predicted the DISASTER to happen - however, some genial brainless VIP predicted the misery just one day or a year, before the most evident catastrophe happened.
