Death Penalty - and Cuddle or Cosy Justice

Death Penalty - and Cuddle or Cosy Justice

There is a heavy discussion about re-introducing the Death Penalty in some countries in Europe.

The official persons of State and governments, not wanting a change, take any argument that would protect the perpetrators and not help the victims.

Note therefore: "We live in a PERPETRATORS WORLD"

Take these arguments for Proof:

- Deed, Damage and Rights

If a person kills another person, or tortures him or her, or violates, or is waterboarding, we have a problem:

What to do with the perpetrator who costs millions in prison?

If a person or a bank or any other institutions, inclusive the State officials, destroy for millions their savings, you cannot see one single person being punished or put in jail.

So, there are no rights for the victims. The victim simply is dead - or disabled (what costs the tax-payers additionally to perpetrators a fortune) - or has lost all bank and pension savings and other securities, it had before - and so we can see:

The VICTIM is not of any interest.

So, before justice is done, any discussions about Death Penalty or else Cosy Justice is absolutely in vain. Either we have justice and rights, human rights - or we have none. --- And today, we have NONE.

- Crimes of States and of Individuals - total Hypocrisy

It is funny to see that States can kill, torture to death, apply waterboarding, send missiles on any private person in Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan - and there is no penalty and no questions about rights.

When an individual does exactly the same things, it all of a sudden becomes a heavy crime.

This is correct, because whoever does harm to others, be it a person, a company, a bank or a nations, should be punished equally hard for what has being done.

- Killing the Perpetrators

Democracies shall well use the money that is missing for health care, education, infrastructure and right laws - for keeping at life someone who killed for no reasons at all another person.

Just note that the victim will never again see light, but we use millions for helping the perpetrators. Here something is wrong and full of hypocrisy.

And worst: When the perpetrator comes out of Jail, he may kill or torture or violate again lots of other people, before he can be seized and closed away from society.

This thing is some sort of JUSTICE? Justice - In view of the VICTIMS?

- Errors, Revenge and Retaliation

The famous friends of not using death penalty say:

Errors: there might be the risk that Nations and Individuals kill perpetrators who were innocent. With death penalty, the error can never be corrected. This is true, but why not using this arguments with War crimes of States? And further: What do you prefer? One dead innocent or 10 dead innocents, killed by a real dictator, murderer, torturer or violator? I think, THIS question never has been answered yet.

Revenge: Very funny of talking of revenge with murder or worse. The victims are dead and have no voice anymore. And this exactly is the argument for perpetrators: They are still alive, they can justify and excuse themselves and the "Good-Humans" can show who great they are in CURING psychologically such fine Types. No - the reason for final action is NOT at all some sort of REVENGE, but finalisation of the case, because the life of the victims was even more of value than the one of the perpetrator.

Retaliation: The fine persons of socialisation use billions of RETALIATION - but what for? The Victim is dead, it is tortured, it is disabled, it has lost all the money of a life-time. And now, the other and future victims start with their tax-money to put the perpetrators in a situation where he or she might kill or not kill again. Great! What a fine human person. The Killer is all - and the dead person a complete idiot.

- Lifetime Custody instead of Death Penalty

In fact, modern European Prisons are some sort of Hotels with luxury, many poor folks in unemployment or worse could never get. And for having killed, taken away the savings from millions of folks, for having like Pinochet, Videla, Milosevic and other monsters done incredible atrocities, we have some fine HUMAN RIGHTS TRIALS - and the thousands of normal youth, editors, journalists and mothers, tortured to death in most terrible way by State, can see their Killers put away with life long luxury in JAIL? Some sort of Hotel with TV, computers, games, good food, health care paid by State (not without like in the USA for the Poor) and those monsters can even have visits from their darlings of family----

- Conclusion

My God, what have the Poor and Middle Class, working hard for a lifetime done wrong to deserve such a "human" SYSTEM OF JUSTICE?

I know, it's not modern to write like this. But who wants to be "modern", just should not be wondering when being killed, tortured, violated or taken away all security and savings - by individuals, companies, banks or Nation.

He or She just wanted a Justice that is nothing but a funny system for those who have power, the richness on our globe, or an education that lead almost automatically to terrible crimes on innocents.

And again, the Perpetrators have won and have all the Power, whereas the Victims are just numbers - without having any power and justice at all.
